  • Should possess specific technical skills. And they need to be able to give "a laymans" definition when communicating technical detail

• Technical

  Voice Based Platforms - We are looking Technical Professionals who can develop, test & implement world class Voice based applications using vxml & other programming standards. They should have experience on having worked on different IVR platforms in the Telecom VAS space. Knowledge and experience of Voice Recognition based Application development would be an added advantage ( In fact we would prefer folks with this background)

  Java Based Platforms - Our Team members should be able to Design and develop VAS related Java applications. They should be adept in creating and maintaining unit test suites.Prospective team members should be able to write solid code and should have demonstrable knowledge of the following

  • Thorough understanding of basic data structures and algorithms.
  • Demonstrable practical experience with Java programming language.
  • User Interface development experience with Swing/SWT a plus.
  • Knowledge of Web Application development is a plus.
  • Prior Agile experience is desired.

  Telecom Network Layers - We are looking at Technical professionals who have demonstrable knowledge & experience with Telecom Network Layer Protocols like SS7, VOIP, SIP, WAP, GPRS, etc. This team will work with the Voice & Java development team to together create a service that provides the best experience for the end consumer.
